A slow-burning blend of sun-dried Moroccan and Tunisian chilies, crushed with garlic, cumin, caraway, and cold-pressed peanut oil. Finished with rose water and a scattering of crushed petals. Fragrant, spicy, not sweet.

Swirl into yogurt, brush onto roasted veg, or drop into stews.
