Shipping & Returns
Where we ship: Marrakech only (for now).
Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD).
Turnaround: Fast local delivery. We’ll message you if anything changes.
Returns: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If there’s an issue: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll repair, replace, or refund—and we’ll cover any courier costs.
COD refusals: If you refuse the parcel or are repeatedly unavailable, the order is cancelled. Where permitted by Moroccan law, we may charge the actual round-trip courier costs for the failed delivery. Repeated refusals may mean future orders require pre-payment.
Your rights: Nothing here limits your mandatory rights under Moroccan consumer-protection law (e.g., rights that apply to distance sales).
