In short
We ask only for what we need to seat you at the table, we use it only for that, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, the night and number of seats, and anything you tell us about allergies or food you don’t eat. PayPal handles your payment; we never see your card details.
What we use it for
To hold your seats, prepare your dinner, send you the way to the door, and reach you if something changes. With your agreement, we may ask you afterwards to leave a review. Nothing else, and no newsletters unless you ask.
Who else handles it
PayPal processes payments. Our booking records are stored with Supabase and the site is hosted by Vercel. Zahra sees your name, number and food notes so she can cook and welcome you. Each of these services keeps your data under its own privacy rules; some store it outside Morocco.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records, then deleted. Food notes are only needed for your dinner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to happy@riaddisiena.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +212 6 19 11 20 08. These rights come from Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data and, for guests from the European Union, the GDPR.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies when you pay.
